After retiring and losing my insurance through my employer I switched to a franchise dental business where I stayed for one year. I was not comfortable with this dental experience and searched for a new dentist with a more personalized practice. After reviewing reviews I made an appointment for cleaning and exam with Dr. Chad Wade. I immediately felt more comfortable just sitting in lobby waiting to be seen. From the front desk to hygienist and lastly Dr. Wade I knew I had made the right decision. I felt less anxious and stressed in this environment. The personalized attention I was given was quite different from the feeling of being rushed through to get to the next person waiting.
I am somewhat phobic of dentists and dental offices and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. I can't speak to more invasive procedures at this time but I have several very old fillings that may need to be addressed in the future. I can honestly say I will be less stressed about those appointments when the time comes.

What a great group of people!! Everyone was so kind and caring. They all made sure we left with all our questions answered and feeling very comfortable. We have definitely found our new dentist office!!

After retiring from decades of being a Dental Hygienist, I have found my new home as a patient! I have had nothing but a positive experience from the friendly and welcoming Ann at the front desk, exam and x-rays with Amanda and Dr. Wade, Cheryl with billing and the wonderful hygienist, Janae! The staff is efficient, accommodating and very friendly.

Dr Chad and staff are the best! Always professional and friendly, happy to see you and take care of you ! I wouldn't go anywhere else!
