Why is no one picking up the phone? They used to have great service 4 years ago, did something happen? No customer care, I really need new aligners and I keep reading people order them and pay for them but never get them shipped. Disappointed because they used to do a good job and I am not sure what I am gonna do at this point, my teeth are shifting back and I really need a new aligner.

Snap Correct guaranteed straight teeth when I purchased but the aligners did not fit. I had the impressions done at the dentist office to make sure they fit. When I received them they pressed into my gums to where I could not wear them. I reached out several times and was never responded to. I would have paid more to get the results promised but they do not stand behind their guarantee. I am currently getting a second opinion from a local orthodontist and planning to pursue legal action. I believe a class action lawsuit is coming for this company at the very least. Do not trust them whatsoever. Complete waste of time and money.

Really disappointed with SnapCorrect. The company took my money, sent me aligners that didn't fit. I tried to reach out multiple times by calling and emailing, but they completely ghosted me. My teeth are still crooked. What a waste of money.

I used snap correct for my daughters teeth. The aligners worked but she has had a shift in her teeth despite wearing her retainers every night. I have contacted snap correct several times with no response. The company needs to fix its customer service problem. I have now purchased new aligners from smilie who has excellent customer service.
