Green Leaf Uptown

Out of all the apartments I've had, this one was the best. We loved living here! The central location was great and very walkable to restaurants, bars, and the new grocery store. What really made living here fun was Ashley & AJ - the building staff. They were always smiling and really tried to engage tenants with the book club, trivia night, or just fun holidays. The property is very pet friendly, you'll see lots of furry friends. The only downside, for me, was the EV charging. The car chargers are Tesla destination chargers - there are no 110/120 outlets or J1772 connectors to charge. If you wanted to use the Tesla charger I believe it was $10/day (which for that price, it isn't worth it). There were also cars parked in the charging spots quite often. We moved out because we bought a home, but would totally move back in if we ever needed it!

I wish to amend this review: over the holiday weekend, residents were left without onsite management, maintenance or housekeeping for 4.5 days. We were left to contend with icy sidewalks around the whole building for 3 days and no lighting in both elevators for 24+ hours. These unaddressed problems caused unsafe conditions. Three weeks ago: A friendly, efficient professional management team is available in their offices just off the lobby during business hours. Common areas are cleaned daily. I never hear my neighbors to either side or below. My apartment is not large, but the rooms feel spacious because of the high ceilings. The entire building has a warm, inviting vibe because the tenants and managers are so nice, and pets are welcome. Uptown Vancouver is a real discovery for me too. I walk many places. A New Seasons opens one block south of Greenleaf next fall.

Ashley and AJ make Greenleaf a great place to live. They are so friendly, efficient, and caring. Green leaf is a pretty great complex to live in. The majority of residents look out for each other and overall Im very happy with where I live. Ive been here 5 months and looking forward to renewing my lease.

Fabulous place to call home! Uptown living at its best. Close to everything and more amenities arriving soon! Urban and cozy, great people, staff and residents alike. Fur babies galore and all the coffee you desire. This is heaven!

4.5 stars! This location is great for us---a very walkable neighborhood and easy access to I-5. Apartments have smart layout, staff are both professional and kind, common areas are clean and comfy. We don't have a unit above us, but never hear noise from our neighbors to the sides or below. Love my mounain view. We'll be staying awhile!
