Apartment grounds are kept very clean. Nice & friendly neighbors. Parking is decent and the office staff & maintenance are responsive and on top of everything. We love it here

I'm about to sign my 3rd lease here. I've never lived in a better place in Vancouver. It's worth every penny of rent. They've never increased rent more than 40 bucks at a time. All the residents are respectful, and create a diverse, real sense of community. All the dog owners are incredible and polite, maintenance is present and always willing to help. The ENTIRE STAFF but most importantly the property managers are friendly, understanding, compassionate, and just straight up real people. Not just a person behind the desk. THEY ACTUALLY CARE DEEPLY ABOUT THE RESIDENTS. Plus it's super close to pretty much anything you'd ever need in hazel Dell. I've lived a lot of places since I moved to vancouver 10 yrs ago, and I'll safely say I'm going to be really sad whenever I eventually move out of this place. The next one will really have some big shoes to fill. EDIT: I'm about to sign my 9th lease. The staff has been nothing but helpful for any issues we've had. Weve thought about moving several times just because we wanted a change, but they really set a high bar for what else is out there. Nothing else compares. 8+years in the same unit and it's still a glorious place, in fact it's only gotten better. They bend over backwards to help amend any issues and make things go so smoothly. They make all the right moves to keep the whole complex updated, happy, and peaceful. As residents come and go it's still such a wholesome place to come home to. I cannot explain enough how much I love this place and the staff. They're truly doing the most for apartment living in Vancouver and im grateful to be here every day. THANK YOU!

This place is great! I've lived here for about 7 months now, and based on my experience I'm planning on sticking around! Rent is affordable and the apartments are close to a good amount of shops, stores, and restaurants. Grounds are well taken care of and neighbors are friendly enough. Pet friendly too! Particularly happy with my recent maintenance experience! I was having issues with my dishwasher, and submitted a maintenance request over the weekend. Steve was great! Professional, friendly, and efficient! He got to my apartment by Tuesday, and had a replacement dishwasher installed and ready to go by Wednesday!
