I almost moved in. But there is garbage everywhere because they do that horrible valley trash thing. I refuse to live somewhere that allows the halls to be covered in garbage. And now they are constantly calling me asking if Im still interested, they must be desperate. Stop calling! I will never ever rent somewhere that does valet trash. AND they charge for parking! The place is kind of nice I guess, but there are so many unappealing things about it here. Ridiculous

I have lived at the Lofts for over 2 years and really like it. I live on the wooded side, which is pretty quiet. There have been a few noisy tenants that have come and gone, but you'll get that anywhere and it's never been unreasonable. I love the open design and 1st floor garden boxes, as it feels more like living in a house/neighborhood than just an apartment. I also like that most of the walkways are covered by the walkways above them, making it easy to walk around most of the complex and stay mostly dry, even on a very rainy day. They also put a lot of work into upkeep -- the grounds are mowed every week, the common areas are cleaned regularly, and the garden box/patio area has just been freshly power washed. The community rooms, game room, and fitness room have been useful amenities. In the office, Alex and Jessica have always been prompt, polite, and helpful. Nick always addresses any maintenance issues I've had right away and always leaves the area clean and neat. Yearly rent increases so far have been reasonable and in step with this area. I appreciate having a set parking spot and not having to worry about where I'll park my car every night. I've enjoyed my time at the Lofts and would highly recommend it.

Lived in this complex for almost a year. Our apartment, look at my attached photo, was facing the noisy part of the Lofts. Yes, you can hear the I-205/5 section but only when some @$$hole trucker uses an unmuffled engine brake in the middle of the night. Other wise it never bothers us or our small kids. Also, some people complain about thin walls, our neighbors were a family of 5, three small children and we never heard them. Never had any issues with the management team. The only downside of this complex is the parking for guests. If you plan to have a lot of visitors that might be a problem. The summary: Each time we drive by this area and my kids see The Lofts they have good memories of it.

very unimpressed with offices communication. We were told on a Friday by the manager Jessica she would give us a discount on move in and decided to apply. We waited until Saturday morning as we had questions about the date she told us the unit would be held until. There was a lot of miscommunication between staff members and the office manager that promised us the deal was out sick but it was unacceptable for us to be going on 3 days with no communication from them when I called multiple times trying to get everything locked in so we knew details of when were moving. We have a brand new baby and I stated multiple times the move in date was supposed to be in 9 days and we still had no guarantee or confirmation about anything and no clue what our deposits would be. If we had applied and ghosted them we wouldve lost the unit and our money. We will no longer be moving into these apartments. When I asked about getting our application money back I was told by a staff member he would ask management and reach out to me and I still have never heard from anyone.

If you see Lily's review from a year ago, just so you know, nothing has changed. Frivolous charges, the fire alarm going off in the middle of the night. It's a god-awful place to live in.
