        Great crew. Easy to pick up and deliver. Also, they gave me a call when I accidentally left a jacket behind and had it ready for me when I returned. Solid group of people.

        So disappointed!! We made a reservation to pick up a truck on Saturday at 8 am. 45 minutes before the pickup, we get a call that they don't have that truck. (What is the point of reservations?) They sent us to another U-Haul center further away and promise some discounts because we were put out. We get to the second site and it is not open for another two hours. When we called customer service, they could not figure out any solutions. As my husband's voice got louder, they canceled our reservation - this means we can't review it on their website. Completely shocked at the lack of professionalism and follow through. Not sure what the point of a reservation is... but we love Penske!
