        When dropping off, one of the staff was bit hostile and getting into altercation with just about anyone walking in. Male with beard and glasses (didnt get the name). My first bad experience at any U-Haul in about 20th rental. Dont seem to belong in customer service role.

        We needed a moving van and ended up having to keep it longer than expected. It was easy to extend the rental by phone. Van was clean, ran perfectly.
