The woman working there Doesnt want to rent to people who dont look rich. Just generally in a bad mood all the time. She chose a minor technicality to refuse service to me when I was in desperate need I will never go there again.

Worst experience ever, if I could give 0 stars to the whole company I would. I will NEVER use Uhaul again! I requested a truck that I needed to pick up at 8am. I received text, email, and verbal confirmation I had a truck at this location and could pick it up at 8am. The day I was supposed to pick up the truck I got to the dealer and not only was there no truck but they didn't open until 11am. I had to wait on hold for almost 20 minutes with the main uhaul number, and rush to find another company that had a truck I could use. I ended up having to pay $1000 more than what Uhaul was charging me. UHauls response? "Oh. Sorry."

Workers were rude. One came up to me kinda crazy and asked if I was parked on the street cause that was his parking even though it was public parking and had nothing to do with u-haul... I wasnt parked there. It was someone else who was renting equipment. I informed him I was not and thats public parking anyway... When I came back for drop off he was pretty rude agian. I had my son with me so just left and didnt say anything.
