      image Disappointed with how Sharron Magden handled my taxes this year. I have been a loyal customer for years. She asked me if I wanted my refund with a card or check? I specifically told her card which she provided me. I filed on January 31st and I still have not gotten my refund due to her rushing through it and not double checking her work. I'm very disappointed because now I'm being told I will now receive my refund by check. What is the point of providing me with a card if I will now receive it by check. This very unprofessional. I trusted H&RBlock for years until now. Never using your services again. Not only that she gets credit for preparing my taxes which she do not deserve. If anyone is reading this. DO NOT LET THIS WOMAN FILE YOUR TAXES.
