Dont waste your time. I called on 2/23 and asked if theyre accepting new clients. The receptionist said yes asked me a few questions and said Sally would give me a call back shortly. On 2/27 I call back to ask for an estimate when I should expect to hear from Sally because I didnt specify the first time. The receptionist is a different person from the first time I called and ask for my name and number again and had no record of me. She asked the same questions I was already asked plus more. She said theyll email me in a few days and let me know if they can work with me. Its been a week since then and never heard back. If they cant even properly write down a name and number, and return a call or an email then I dont think they should be trusted to handle your money and taxes.

This is our first year with the new firm. We moved with Sally McColloch from her prior firm. Sally was and continues to be a concerned and responsive professional. She has an in-depth knowledge of tax matters for all types of clients. The firm has invested in state of the art tax preparation and communication equipment including a well functioning portal for communicating and transferring data between clients and the firm. For those who value this (we do) transferring data using modern electronic methods is generally time saving and more accurate than prior options. From our personal experience we would recommend the firm to individual taxpayers with moderately to more complex matters as well as to trusts, estates, those with state tax issues as well as private companies and their owners. I was a CPA before retirement and this firm is our pick based on our needs and personal professional knowledge.
