        Professional and thorough! I have worked with this company a few times with a great experience. They schedule quickly. The tech I worked with researched the parts he needed for each appliance and gave me detailed information on the issues. They charge a fee for the initial visit to diagnose, but it you choose to have the work done and parts ordered, it is absorbed in the labor cost.

        Called twice, left voicemails to service my ice maker and no call back a week later. Others say this location is closed but didn't reflect on here.

        Wasnt sure what to rate this but when you go to the website and call the rep says that this location has been out of business for years and does not service this area. She gets calls constantly and doesnt know why its still on Google.
