We are totally thrilled with All in 1. We had a damaged subfloor in our main bathroom, and also needed to make some adaptations for safety, grab bars and a walk-in shower. We also needed an outdoor bannister on a basement stair and a new tub in the basement bathroom. All in 1 exceeded our expectations in every way! they rebuilt the subfloor, taking great care to strengthen it, installed a beautiful showe, new vanity and toilet and built us a lovely custom storage cabinet. The basement bath is lovely, too! The outdoor bannister is strong and safe. They finished everything beautifully. They were on-time, and exceeded our expectation.I recommend them unreservedly.

I'll start with the positive, as I don't want to let recency bias affect this review too much.Our project was half of our home remodel (kitchen, bedroom, new doors, new windows, drywall, electrical, tile, trim) that Moses said would be done in 3 months.The good: Moses and his crew are very nice and cordial. They are courteous, respectful, and are pleasant to talk with. Also Moses gave us a competitive bid, hence why we went with All in 1 trade. He made us trust them and that he'd be there on-site the majority of days to complete the job, and that he had lots of experience doing everything we needed. Moses guys installed a steel beam in our kitchen to replace an old wall, they did this _i think_ well, and it passed inspection, so that was great! It just took about a month longer than Moses thought.The bad: The problems started when during demo, the guys were careless enough to jack up some of our existing house. Moses said he'd cover the costs, so that wasn't a huge issue, but it definitely hinted at what was to come. - Moses came at most once every two weeks. He was absent, his guys didn't know what was going on, and we had to project manage everything. It wasn't so bad until the mistakes started piling up. All said and done though, it's fucking insane we paid Moses so much money when WE project managed and told them what needed to be done day in and day out. - Installing the drywall, Moses's guys put on the drywall THEN cut for electrical outlets, not the other way around. this led to them saying they were "done with drywall" and we were missing 5, yes 5 outlets, and 2 smoke alarms. Wasted hours, wasted money, wasted drywall damage. The mud job was mediocre, and the texture job was awful. Our texture is terribly inconsistent, we have to pay someone to come in and re-do all of it.- Our plumber was out of town when we needed to call plumbing inspection so Moses said his guys could cover it. We failed plumbing inspection 2 times, a waste of time for us, Moses's guys, and the inspector who said he'd red tag the project if we failed again because the stuff he was asking was so basic and he was appalled Moses's guys couldn't figure it out.- We failed insulation inspection because Moses didn't know you needed to fire-proof electrical between floors. How did he not know this? Who knows.- Moses guys started leaving trash in our front yard through this process. It grew and grew even though we asked them to stop throwing trash and chicken bones in the yard, it kept growing. We eventually had to call a 1-800 got stuff company to come get it all, and Moses said oh no don't do that we'll get it. They never showed. We paid 1k to have trash removed.- Installing the windows Moses claimed "yea we've done this a thousand times". They apparently have not. They left holes into our house. we noticed because rain got onto our INSIDE FLOORS. Really makes you question everything. We had to hire another window company (10k) to come fix and clean up the windows and waterproof them. Additionally, we had wasted work with Moses's guys when they installed three windows ALL DIFFERENT HEIGHTS.- Installing a french door Moses said "yea it's square, i did it myself", and yet the doors wouldn't close. We had our doors not-closing for over a month. Moses kept saying he'd come and fixed it, but when he tried he stripped all the hinge screws. We called a professional to fix the door (another 1k cost). - Moses didn't level our cabinets correctly. I had to level them myself the day the countertop arrived. - Moses's guys did our trim, it looks awful, not sure what trim he normally installs but this is just terrible. - Moses would say he was coming a day, and then never come. We would wait at home all day, no word from him. Total flake.We fired Moses after 7 months. it was supposed to be a 3 months job. We are now spending about 50k to fix all of his mistakes and finish the job. My advise? Don't hire Moses, hire a pro for whatever you need. If you need demolition then they are good at that. That's all i can recommend them for.
