Rich and his team did an amazing job redoing our kitchen. Could not be more grateful and happy with how it turned out. Will be using him again in the future for sure. Was prompt and stayed on schedule throughout the whole process.

To be clear, I can't vouch for Rich's craftsmanship, only his professionalism and ethic. I was referred to Ask Rich by a co-worker and made arrangements through his website to get a bid for a full kitchen remodel. Rich was prompt in his response via email and we set up a time mid-day later in the week. I came home from work on the arranged day and waited 30 minutes past the meet time before calling Rich. He was very apologetic and stated that he forgot to write our appointment on his calendar. Fair enough. Mistakes happen. We arranged to meet the following day, again at lunch time. Once again, I left work and arrived at my home three minutes prior to our meeting, only to have him send a text message canceling the appointment, claiming that he had too much work. I'm happy to hear someone's business is successful and busy, but this could have been his response from the outset rather than waste two of my afternoons. If this is any indication of how Ask Rich handles their jobs, I suppose I should be thankful my family dodged a bullet.

Rich and his team are unmatched for re-doing our house. They worked on our roof, deck, kitchen, painted the whole interior as well as redid our vanities, drywall and fixed the doors. We wholeheartedly recommend Rich and his entire team. In fact we are calling them now for our next project.
