Mr. TV and Appliance

One star is only so that I can write a review. He deserves none. Mr. Solomon used to play cricket, but his business dishonors the name and the game. He is not 'cricket'. He got a part for our dishwasher, when it didn't work, and since he didn't install it within 30 days, he could not get a refund. He refused to fix it and then, when called often, he began to string us along for 8 months (dishwasher is at a cabin). He promised to order the part, which I now doubt that he did. Promised to call, never called. When contacted, would never set a time. Confronted with shortcomings, never apologized. Shyster is the correct word. He may know his job well, having taken classes, but he doesn't know how to follow through. Seriously, you aren't desperate enough to give him a call.

It is amazing that this con artist hasnt been arrrested (maybe he has?). Put aside the absolutle worst customer serivce you will ever receive, and the rudest person ever, nevermind his inability to actually repair broken applainces,...the fact that this guy has zero INTENTION to perform the work he is charging people to do is criminal (Its called FRAUD). Remember if a contractor in todays world will not take credit cards (not even with an added service fee for prosessing) there is a reason. The reason is that it is not possible to regain your money through a dispute resolution process like with a credit card payment. Once this guy gets some of your money (to buy parts allegedly), he just disappears. Shouldn't a proper business have an account with its parts vendors? Probably has stolen from them too. If he has your phone number and your money, you will never get him on the phone again. I had to use several different numbers to bypass his blocking attempt and when I finaly got him on the phone, he tried to scold me for not calling from "my number"and was noticibly aggrivated that I tricked him into talking to me. Sadly I was one of the desprate ones who got invoved with this theif, trying to fix a problem quickly without going through the reviews like a modern, smart, consumer.
