Extremely horrible experience. I paid for a tax file and they made an error on my documents and i had to repay to fix it which was a double amout of charge and i asked them to forward my documents and it was a triple amount of charge and i made all the payments but i never recieved my document which they said have been forwarded. I asked them for a receipt or a tracking number. They said they don't have it. Staff is very rude and sounded like she doesn't even care. If they cannot provide the service then i want my payment to be refunded.

Tyla was very professional, gave helpful and great advice. She walked us through all the steps necessary to complete the process and collect all the information we needed to file. She made the process easy to do and understand so we had a better understanding of what to do for next years taxes. Highly recommend her services!
