I am a small business operating here in Spokane, Washington. Business has been plentiful, thank the lord. Along with doing business comes accounting and taxes. We chose to use Plumb & Associates LLC to have our payroll professionally done. I am here to say say it has been a enormous headache since day one. The services stated we needed were not and have not been fully met. Month after month my receptionist has to call their office reinterate exactly what we need, and discuss discrepancies with fees and taxes being deducted. Business has slowed down so I decided to call and address the current problem the company was having. Speaking with Scott directly, I relayed we have received an email stating the amount of fees to be deducted this month and the incorrect amount was deducted from the companys account. He then proceeded to state Thats why I shouldnt be in business. I was appalled by the statement. I asked him why would he make that comment. He repeated it again. I told him I didnt appreciate the way he was speaking to me and he hung up the phone. I do not recommend doing business with a guy who doesnt respect a small business and their concerns. Total disrespect.
