Our business contracted with Chirp after struggling with a CPA firm. We reached out to Chirp and Alicia immediately responded to us and we met with her within a day. We explained our requirements and needs (which are a bit unusual) and she understood us completely. She visited us on site and immediately began to learn how our business operated and our unusual circumstances. She provided us with a plan to transition from our CPA to her firm and ensured that all records were transferred properly and timely and that payroll continued seemlessly during our transition. Alica and her team are extremely responsive and helpful and have provided advice and training to our business. We now can do some things for ourselves that we previously had to pay our previous CPA and we are learning from the Chirp team how to maintain and analyze our business records. We have often reached out to her or her team with questions and they always respond with help and in a pleasant manner. Chirp's monthly cost is very reasonable.
