They make it easy to get the help and work done you need. I love the idea of starting the process of filing digitally and because we do not have regular internet access have made it easy to file "old school" as well. Finances can be a touchy subject and at Weather's and Associates they made us feel comfortable with the process. I can't say enough great things! Suzanne Weathers is absolutely amazing at what she does. Not only is she a knowledgeable tax accountant, but she always goes above and beyond to help you understand the entire process from beginning to end. She has filed my familys taxes now for three years in a row, and she never fails to make it as easy as possible. She is always there to answer questions when needed and can always be counted on. I recommend her to anybody looking for a helping and knowledgeable hand!

We found out about a tax error that covered several years of past returns & were very worried. We engaged Suzanne Weathers, & she came to our rescue. Suzanne patiently listened, answered all of our questions, then took care of everything, including all accounting & communication with the IRS. She was able to represent us, since she is an Enrolled Agent. So very grateful to have found Suzanne, & would highly recommend her.

I met with Suzanne virtually in October 2020 about a unique IRS situation regarding the death of a family member overseas. I had been fighting with the IRS for 2 years at this point. I sent over all the documentation/correspondence I had with the IRS for this office to decipher and possibly help me or point me in the right direction. Although I stated I was not in a rush, I was told I would have some advice within 2 weeks. I have yet to hear a peep from them 4 months later. I've called the office multiple times, only to be told they will call me back, or to be hung up on while waiting. Guess I'm back to square one looking for another attorney, thanks for wasting my time. Edit to their reply: I haven't received one piece of correspondence from your office either through the mail or digitally since Nov 1. It's funny you say you had info you "intended" to pass on from over a month ago but never did. It's also funny that you were able to reply hours after I posted a negative review, but couldn't find a way to return a phone call for weeks/months. So either your office has been sending emails to the wrong address, or you're liars. Keep digging your hole.
