So I just joined March 23 2024. Im already having issues. Im being told that when I went to the nearest tmobil to get help that they could not help me as I have only worked with the location that is an hour. Now they want me to take a two hour drive to get help. I dont appreciate the well its not problem comment from the representative. He said he just started three weeks ago and his tag said 2021. So if youre switching from another company beware they dont help you with the rebates. They cant answer questions. And you have to deal with the location that you signed up at

Josh helped me and my wife upgrade to brand new iPhones today! He made everything so easy to understand, he genuinely cares about his customers and that they feel comfortable and informed on what to expect with pricing and different reasonings for needing an iPhone vs Android. Hes also great with kids! Brought my very active 3 year old and my 4 month old and he was so patient and understanding with them! He made them feel apart of the process and went above and beyond to welcome them into our conversation. Overall 6/5 experience! Will definitely come back again when I need a new phone!

I didn't get too far with my situation but Lilian helped and handled my situation with ease. She was great to work with. Nice staff nice location keep it up.
