Didnt realize when you get cash from there atm they wont break it down to ones for you unless your a member. crazy ... like the bank cant tell if the cash (from their ATM) is real or not. but i do recall not choosing this bank because of the negative reviews. now i get it. policy or not its the lack of any genuine customer service.

This place is RUUUUUDE!!! 2 times Ive been there 2 times Ive left angry and irritated. I would never open an account with them. EVER! Glad Im not the only one that can see how ignorant they are there

I am a 20 year customer. I was ripped off by crooks who obtained my card number on multiple occasions. Today I was denied a bank card for being a crime victim. This is a great hardship for me as I must use a walker and the bus. I counted on delivery which I can no longer access. Mean! They mentioned this review. I was called in to get a debit card. This time I received a strange blue card that was dated 01/24 for experation and was unable to pay bills or get groceries. I called from the grocery store after it was denied three times and the SCCU employee was laughing and saying they did it for my protection. Denying me access to my funds doesn't protect me. Bad bank. Punish for exercising my right to free speech. They were training a new employee so I doubt things will change for the better.

I have never had to pay a title transfer fee when I pay a loan off with any other lending instition. This place just signs the title over to you and leaves it up to you to transfer it into your name which costs $35.00. So they're cheap. As if they didn't make enough money off you in the first place with all the interest.

Best credit union/bank in Spokane! Hands down!!! They have saved me a ton of money on my loans, and they make financing or refinancing anything a breeze! The staff is awesome! I will never bank anywhere else!
