Look, Stephanie was amazing, but the insurance department is completely unwilling to help. A day after we bought a used VW atlas, my wife, children and I got COVID-19 really bad, and we had it for almost 4 weeks. During this time I spaced switching my insurance over to my new vehicle. With SAFECO I get a 30 day window, well I was off by 2 days, once recovered I added our car on March 2nd we bout our car on 1/28/2022. Getting sick, and being off by 2 days is now costing me around $800. GESA will not even credit me. They refuse to help. I will absolutely be moving my loan over to Numerica or STCU. I will be reporting this to BBB as welll. Yes, I made a mistake, but I was off by 2 days, can't you work with me here? You do know there's a pandemic happening right? Do NOT get a loan through GESA. PERIOD!!

Services listed are incorrect for this location. ATM only here; no teller services. It's unfortunate because hat the local branches don't know this as I had called ahead to confirm hours before driving over.

I have had the absolute worst experience with Gesa. Since the merger with Inspirus their customer service has diminished BAD! They don't care about their clients!! They DO NOT listen to their clients needs what so ever! It's pretty sad. But I'm tired of the crappy customer service and will be taking my business elsewhere!
