I went in today to reopen an account. As a previous member I've always had good experiences with the staff at all the branches. Amber is extremely knowledgeable at her job and had my account open very quickly and even explained all the details of the account and benefits of being a member. Thanks for the amazing help Amber!

I go in frequently and am always greeted with helpful friendly staff. Avery and Iesha are two of my favorites. Highly recommend this credit union.

Every time I call I spend a good chunk of time on hold. Apple Pay was just added to users of PrimeSource cards. Absolutely ridiculous that I couldnt use it before. PrimeSource also doesnt offer tap to pay cards. And now before I can use my own money (on a Visa debit) I have to call them (PrimeSource) to allow my money to be used via Apple Pay. What a joke. With only 3 locations in Spokane its always out of my way, really no true centralized location especially for Valley and Liberty Lake communities. Shared branching banks are also always struggling with PS. There are set limits to spending per day so any larger transactions I do need to be on a credit card. An absolute pain for a credit union. Im seriously considering transferring to STCU.
