The atm is always broken and they dont care to put up a notice. Such a waste of time.

This branch is conveniently located and the tellers are always very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that they are woefully understaffed. There's always at least a 10 minute wait in line here. The last time I went in, there was only 1 teller working the floor another one working the drive-thru. They were doing their best, but you could tell they were overwhelmed. Hiring more tellers would bump this review up to a 5 star!

Last year 2022 when the holiday skip pay came up. We applied. Stcu said no because we have not paid a full year on the trailer. We'll this year comes around for the holiday skip pay and once again we get turned down by stcu but this time they tell us something different then last year. This time they tell us no because of the amount we still owed on our trailer. So unfortunately I have already spent that money on Christmas for the my family so even though stcu once again turned us down for the holiday skip payment there is no payment to be made. It went to and for my family for Christmas. So Merry Christmas stcu thanks a lot.

It wasnt busy when I got here,just one person ahead of me,i could count like 3 staff at the back. I waited for a few minutes standing,got tired so I decided to sit at the waiting area in stead . Someone else came in and immediately the staff with colored hair(redish) calls her to their counter to help. this left me in shock like what in the world!??did she( the staff ) not see me there all that time I was standing waiting!! I just find this very rude and unprofessional. The lady who helped me with my auto loan questions was very very lovely though:) her names Meghan
