We absolutely LOVE Responders Emergency Services Credit Union (RESCU). They have been there for all my our financial needs. They offer the BEST rates and have the best customer service we've ever experienced in a Credit Union. Also, Joel ROCKs! :)

I have had nothing but GREAT experiences with RESCU for my vehicle loan needs. My husband and I have used them for 3 different loans now. Joel is our go-to loan officer. He is always very friendly, professional, and efficient. I feel confident in my vehicle buying experience knowing I have Joel to help me out with the banking side of it. One time he even hand delivered our check to the dealership because we were not going to make it to the bank before closing and the weekend. There weren't words for how appreciative and thankful we were for his customer service and accommodating our needs. RESCU has always had the lowest rates for vehicle loans when we have shopped around as well. You can't beat them! I've never been to the bank itself but for loans, they are always our go-to!

Hands down, the best bank I have ever dealt with. Joel goes above and beyond making each person feel like they are family. I will NEVER bank with anyone else for any reason.
