        Katie Tower at the Northgate branch is awesome. She goes above and beyond with helping old people like myself make transactions online easy. She is friendly and should be a manager of some sort.

        My review is specific to the Liberty Lake branch. All other branches have treated me with kindness and respect. The employees at the Liberty Lake branch are rude. Dont care to elaborate on this, but enter with caution.

        I can walk in there and they know me, well most do. Very friendly and I like they will open doors early sometimes for working people that come early. All around I love the bank. Used to do business on argonne and same feelings.
