        I had a scheduled appointment. Arrived and was told all the service people were at lunch (it was 12:15) and they wouldnt be able to service for an hour. When I expressed frustration and inability to wait Davonne asked if I could return early on Saturday and he would be sure to take care of me. I was there at 0800 on Saturday and true to his word, Davonne had me in and out of there. My experience of not having my appointment honored would have had 2 stars - but Davonnes stellar customer service and demeanor saved the review. Give the man a raise!

        I made an apt to have my ignition switch looked at. I was told that my apt was to have an electrical specialist diagnose the issue. I get to the apt and was asked how long they could have my truck saying not hours but days. The advisor told me that my apt was with an advisor not a tech but hopefully one would have time. I was told that a call center gave me the wrong information. Left the truck for the day with no one even looking at it. Arrived to pick up my truck, the advisor handed my key and barely said anything and didnt even attempt to set me up with a new appointment. I was at a loss for words and left. Why would I even want to make an apt with an advisor, thats just stupid. Something needs to change.

        Tami was the on who was helping us work on our Ford Edge. She was great and honest in what was happening. Ford service was very backed up which pushed us back an extra day but the work got done that was asked of them. Thanks again Tami and crew.
