Lived here for 8 months or so, and it has been a good place to live. Friendly staff and friendlier maintenance crew. This is a good first home.

I inquired about a unit through their website in September, simply asking if there was availability but thankfully chose to rent elsewhere. Months later I get an email from them telling me I owe them hundreds in fees for a unit claiming I lived here. I've never even applied for a unit here. I contacted them and informed them of the mistake. Instead of correcting it in their system they sent it to collections. I have a collections agency telling me I lived here and owe money. I called the leasing office and the woman told me this has been happening to numerous people who never lived here. Don't even INQUIRE. It is unsafe, your personal information may be shared with creditors. I have never owed debt and this is very upsetting and nobody in the office seems to care. The manager has not returned my phone calls and I'm now considering legal action as it appears to be the only option and based on what they've told me I'm not the only one who they are trying to scam.
