The Residence at River Run

Not a good experience. The dirtiness of the apartment at move-in was recorded on the check in sheet. Large cleaning fee upon moving out. Residents are offered a raffle-type reward for reviews.

I loved the place. It was quiet, clean and well kept. Jesica and the staff were always kind and attentive to anything I needed. Highly recommend anyone whos looking for an apartment go to River Run.

My girlfriend and I just moved to the area and jesica has been awesome helping us move in and so far this place has been really great! Its really quiet and all of our neighbors have been really nice. Id say the only downside is the proximity to stores and things but 10-15 minute drives arent that bad!

Beautiful homes and amazing management! Our property manager Jesica is AMAZING and is always SO helpful and kind! There are always community events and fun things that the residents can participate in. I have lived in a lot of places and could always pick out things that I would change but not here! Jesica creates such a warm and inviting space and is so personable with all of her residents. She creates a friendship with everyone and it makes the whole community feel so happy and welcoming! Love our home and are so thankful to be a part of this family!

the attention to detail is extraordinary. There is no trash or burned out lights on the property. also, no abandoned cars or other vehicles. Tenants needs are anticipated and taken care of immediately. Service calls are explained and seamlessly addressed. there is a neighborhood feeling about the place that is comforting.
