The Whimsical Pig

If I could I would give the whimsical pig a negative star. This place is the worst apartment I have ever lived I do not recommend anyone to move into these apartments. They charged me for pet fees when I gave them the letters from my doctor stating that they were emotional support animals for my disabled mother and brother. They are extremely rude and very unhelpful to say the least. Be careful not to have anyone leave there car there that doesnt live there because they will put a sticker on your window and press it down so hard that it wont come off and youll have to use something to scrape it off. The maintenance is rude and the staff inside the office condone the maintenance mens rudeness and clearly take the maintenance mens side. The maintenance men have harassed my grandmother when she was sitting outside telling her things that werent true. The office people literally have some of the other residents watching your every move and have them report back to them. My grandmother passed away on the 12th of march and the office contacted my mother asking why there was an ambulance at her apartment like it was a crime to have them there. The maintenance people just walk into your apartment without giving notice, which by the way is illegal and they cannot do. So if I were you I would definitely steer clear of these apartments unless you want the other tenants to snitch on you and tell the office people false information about you, I would save your money and not waste it on the Whimsical pig because you will definitely not be getting it back.

Dont do it Update 4/1/24 My mil lived in a 3 bd 2 bth apartment and not only did they screwed me over but they screwed her over to blatantly ignoring the black mold in both apartments the master bed was caked in it upon move out. We are really clean people too, to have mold growing and management being made aware of it and then to be ignored they definitely painted over that and did nothing to fix the mold problems

My husband and I are in the process of trying to find a new place. We came across this place and thought we would check it out. We walk into the office and were kindly greeted by a wonderful lady! Blake gave us a wonderful tour of the property! She was very through and made sure we knew about all the amenities. The whimsical pig is on the top of our list!!
