I love living here, the apartments are a lot better looking in person. So. Don't let the pictures discourage you!! The location is perfect, and you can't hear the traffic. It's a super great place.

I gave this a one star but wish i could give my experience here a 0 star rating. Within the first few weeks of us moving into our unit in june of 2022 i noticed mold and immediately contacted the complex by e-mail. Within the next following week i had to send another email letting them know our a/c unit was broken and the tub had chipping on the inside. I asked of those things could be fixed in a timely manor as i was 9 months pregnant and had two children i needed to bathe in the tub. Those still are not properly addressed and not fixed. We also in our bathroom around this time had our bathroom vanity mirror literally fall out of the wall and it took again several months to be fixed. Then i had an issue with my kitchen sink leaking and that was not addressed for about 3 months. This entire time i am also adding into most of these email and interactions that the mold issue is still here and getting worse. Now we are here almost a year later still dealing with most of these issues. They told me the mold seems to be do to the windows not being sealed right or something so they had a glass company come out and put in new windows OVER the mold growing in the window seal and then proceed to tell me they would just paint over it with killz paint. I unfortunately dont want to leave a review like this but am at the point i feel like this is the only way to be heard and possibly get something done. My lease is up in june and i just want out of here.

Ive lived at Crosspointe Apartment for over 7 years. Out of those 7+ years Ive seen managers come and go. The manager always had an assistant manager, never one without the other. A lot of times the managers butted heads. There were tension in the office.I said all that to say this. Crosspointe has the most amazing manager NOW. Jen is truly an angle sent from GOD. Shes so understanding, polite, and patient. She has such a humble good spirit about herself. Jen has managed theses and other apartments by herself as if its no problem and yet remains such a beautiful person inside and out. I realize after living under Jen management. Management is NOT for everyone. Because not anybody can do what she does and still remains such a good, humble, polite, and keep it professional on all levels type person. All I can say is your one in a million and I really appreciate having you as our manager. Thank you for being a breath of fresh air. Dont ever change who you are. I give crosspointe 10 stars only because of our new management Rose M. Pickings
