Love my beautiful little home here! It's tucked away off of the freeway so it's quiet but it's super fast to get downtown or anywhere you need to go. Ashley in the office is super attentive and is quick to help me, and Seth the maintenance guy is very knowledgeable and eager to fix. They do a great job keeping things running smoothly here and I love it!

Horrible place to rent. Management is lazy and takes forever to solve issues. Don't clean the snow or ice, instead they hand out shovels and say you do it

I lived here after I got a divorce and lost my house. The management staff was awesome and friendly. Seth, the maintenance man, the best.. between his morning jokes and his helpful behavior and his quick responses coming "home" was always so pleasing. I still go over and visit Ashley, the manager, along with Seth because they were always the best.
Having a washer and dryer in the unit comes in handy and saves quarters from going to the laundry mat. Decent sizes for the rooms, and just the perfect spot if you're starting your life back over again. The only reason I moved out is I got remarried to the love of my life, and purchased a house.
The only downfall of the apartment complex was the parking. Get there early if you don't have a purchased parking spot. If you're late, you're parking on the road. I wish the owner of the complex would purchase the lot next door and make a larger parking lot for the complex. Then again, I am sure he only cares about his wallet than making his customers happy.
I would highly recommend this apartment! From the cozy feel and welcoming home atmosphere and the amazing manager and maintenance, I am blessed by God to have these people there to help me pick up the pieces and move forward.

8 Months ago: Parking is a crapshoot, management doesn't enforce policies or tow in a timely manner as before. Cars are allowed to sit and remain in the few open spaces for months at a time.
Good luck getting packages delivered, owners refuse to put in extra parcel boxes so good luck getting one of the 4 we have. Front office doesn't want liability for holding your packages, probably because they're hardly ever there. Postal service is too lazy to bring them to your door, and if they do, the porch pirates living here get to them...
Don't get me started on the CON-service utility charges we have to deal with...
Past two years this place has taken a turn for the worst.
UPDATE: Adding a star for the new manager & maintenance staff who in the last few months have been making some effort and strides to improve some of the issues mentioned above. Finally got the pool opened up! We'll see how things go forward...
