Somerset Meadows

I have been a resident of this apartment complex for five years, during which time the living conditions were satisfactory. Unfortunately, since the arrival of the new management there have been instances of degradation and harassment directed at multiple tenants, including myself. Several residents and I have been compelled to escalate these concerns to higher management within the organization to address the lack of professionalism exhibited. Regrettably, I must express my dissatisfaction and disappointment with the current state of the apartment complex. The amenities such as the non-functional pool, inadequately maintained site, and the issue of unauthorized parking in designated spots, for which no effective action is taken, contribute to an unsuitable living environment. Given these circumstances, I cannot in good conscience recommend this apartment complex to based on my personal experiences and observations.

I was interested in renting an apartment here and talked to Stephanie She was extremely helpful, professional and just a breathe of fresh air to talk too! She made it very easy to get everything and answered all of my questions! Thanks again!

The manager is a thief and a liar! The pool they claim is here has no water in it and hasn't for 3 years! She made up a false receipt for work she claims was done! When I tried to reach the company with the phone number and address she provided the company didn't exist! SHE IS A SCAMMER A THEIF AND A LIAR!!!! This is a pic of the actual pool. Look on the better business bureau they aren't even an accredited business! She acts all nice like her response but that is NOT at all how she really is!

Stephanie was a huge help making sure there is no dog feces where the kids play in the courtyard.. I sit on my porch having tea or coffee and I see stephanie always cleaning up trash that gets left out or blown around. Shes always friendly when I run into her and remembers my name. The difference from when I moved in a few months ago when I sit outside till now is a big difference.
