Looked to rent here and the apartments are adorable! Despite the location, they've done a really good job keeping the property clean and very inviting. Melanie was awesome and answered all my questions. I wish I could afford to move here and be in the heart of downtown close to everything.

Scheduled a tour and nobody was there. Extremely unprofessional and complete waste of my time.

Find it funny I signed a lease for August 1, 2021 and was unable to move in due to construction delays, and here we are a year later and those construction delays continue. Frankly, having people sign leases when your construction does not even have proper permits seems borderline illegal, and the thousands of dollars I lost due to this apartments lies is a huge burden. Looks like Im not alone in this monetary loss, not to mention the stress of being homeless despite having a signed lease, after moving across the country to move into said apartment. Just overall disgusted with The Imperial, I wish I did not have to see the sign during my daily commute because it still makes me feel ill.

Used a BS small clause in the lease to push back the move in date for 2.5 months, leaving me homeless after moving all the way across the country. Terrible leasing company. I would not recommend. Additionally, the offered 6 weeks free rent is nothing compared to the hotel room and Air BnB costs Ive accrued since I would otherwise be homeless.

Was pretty easy for me to leave a good review at move in when they bribed me with a Starbucks gift card. Now Im here to change it after living there only 2 months. And I will add this is the only bad review Ive ever left in my life. But this must be done people need to warned about the lack of professionalism that is going on at the imperial apartments. First off in apartment 118 the water hasnt worked properly the whole time I lived there. 2 months straight of having to turn the shower on for 10 minutes before the water would get decently hot enough to take a shower. I guess this was going on for every unit for the first couple weeks tenants moved because they were missing a certain part, but then it continued for unit 118 even after they fixed the part. Ive now been told 3 different times something along the lines of them appreciating my patience well they try and get fully staffed. Would you think 2 months would be long enough to eventually provide viable living conditions to someone who is paying you rent? They obviously had staff working the whole time but I guess it wasnt a priority of theres anymore since they had me under contract to pay rent. I tried to square up with them so I didnt have to make this terrible review because dont you think it makes sense that if an apartment complex isnt providing viable living conditions they also dont need to be collecting rent money in the process. Only move to the imperials if your desperate for a place to live which Im sure thats what they are banking on right now with the way Spokane is. If you do decide to move there avoid unit 118 it doesnt look like they plan on fixing it anytime soon. The lack of intelligence and professional at the imperial is outstanding.
