I requested to be contacted on availability as well as a virtual tour and two days later a kind representative reached out to me. We planned to do a virtual tour the next day at around the same time the phone call had taken place, and I'd received email links to a video chat where the representative would show us the apartment but they never showed and they wouldn't answer when I called their phone. It's been one week since and myself and my partner have left messages to try to contact them but they still have not reached out.

I currently live in this apartment complex. Apartment floors make excessive noises. We pay for maintenance of common places which includes upkeep of grass area, which is full of dog feces and urine. We pay the same price for garbage disposal, even though they recently removed all of the garbage cans And now we have to walk or drive to the compactor. The ceiling in my master bedroom bathroom had damage from a leaking roof and had to be fixed twice because the first time it was not done correctly. The first time the repair was made in my bathroom the employee stole a beats headphones that I had in my studio. My beach studio headphones were returned a week after I submitted a complaint about this theft. As far as I know, there was no consequence and no communication in regards to the resolution. The employee just returned my headphones. It is expensive to live here and not worth it. The Internet is horrible. Parking is horrible. Service is horrible. The only good thing about this area is the location, proximity to schools and leasing agents. I do not recommend this place for living.

Place is an absolute DUMP.. they moved all the garbage bins from each building to one location so old people and people with disabilities can not get to them.. incoming lawsuit.. watch
