Excellent Property Management Company! The Pickett team has been managing my 4 properties for over 6 years now. During this time, they have proven to be exceptionally good stewards of these homes and have produced great returns on our investment. They are careful who they rent to, keep up on inspections and maintenance, but they keep my costs low. They are there if things go sideways too, like when we had a water line suddenly rupture inside a second story wall. Evie handled it seamlessly! I wholeheartedly recommend Pickett to anyone who needs an honest, hardworking property management company that you can count on.

Pickett Property Management took control of my residence when I had to relocate for work in 2019. They managed my property for 5 years until I recently sold the home in 2024. During the 5 years, they were exceptional to work with. The Pickett team were pleasant to work with from day one. They were able to rent my home almost immediately and at a fair market price. They managed my residence with professionalism by taking care of the tenant and the tenants needs, and were able to inform me with updates along the way. They provided me with estimates for repairs, coordinated contractor work, and gave me monthly statements that were easy to read. I would have continued to use them if I didn't sell my home. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing property management service.
