        I put a deposit down for a storage unit at this location before 2/26/24. We ended up not needing a storage unit, no paperwork done, nothing and since 2/26 have been trying to get refunded for the deposit and administration fees (again no paperwork ever done or unit opened). We have gone in person, called and called and each time are told theyre processing the deposit but it never actually happens. It does not take a month to process a refund. I would not ever recommend anyone to trust this company with their money or belongings based on this experience. Editing to add that after their response to this review, I emailed them with the pertinent information, a week later and I still have not received a reply to said email, any communication whatsoever or a refund of any monies.
