The person working at the front desk clarified my questions. He showed me the units I was interested in so I sure I was getting what I intended. Great, painless experience, and less expensive than the previous storage unit I had at another place.

Their commitment to customer service was evident as they each took the time to ensure I found the right storage solution to suit my needs. I am not only impressed with their service but also with the Nickerson facility itself. The cleanliness of the facility is commendable; from the storage units to the hallways, the bathroom, and even the driveways surrounding the building, everything was spotless. The booking process was seamless and straightforward. Moreover, CubeSmart offers extremely reasonable rates, which adds even more value to their service. I am more than satisfied with my experience and would rate the Nickerson CubeSmart a perfect 10/10.
