Trojan Storage of Bothell North Creek

Recommend not using Trojan Storage for storage. Since renting a unit from mid-2020, we have seen multiple price increases even though advertised pricing for new tenants is significantly lower. Inquiring about the increases, we are told if we want new pricing we would need to move to a new unit or we can vacate and go somewhere else. They do this knowing good and well that there is significant hassle of moving so customers will likely opt to just eat the increase. For a small/medium unit (recommend for a 1br apartment) on an upper floor we have seen our monthly rate go from $98 to now $271 in the span of 3.5yrs. Renters beware, dont fall for their get you in the door prices as once youre in, you will see regular price increases.

These guys here have been a great help and they are always real cheerful. Will in the front office has always helped me whenever I've needed it.

Hit or miss on the carts to use. Plan ahead or bring your own wheels to move your belongings.

Service dogs are allowed. Get insurance. There's a huge chance your storage will be robbed.
