What stood out most was his willingness to go the extra mile. In a voicemail, he shared an extensive list of affordable legal counsel options for my civil matter. Thanks to his assistance, I quickly found the help I needed. His priority is money. He spends tremendous energy making sure he is paid for every minute of his time, but doesnt seem very committed to helping his clients. I shelled out 900 bucks for his help and feel like I couldve gotten the same info from chat GPT or the internet at the end of the day. Dont waste your time. Charisma and social skills go a long way when working with people in vulnerable positions and he has very little.

I had an initial phone call with Oliver regarding a landlord/tenant dispute after contacting him via web form, but decided not to move forward. In the call he was curt, but bordered on impolite. This is the kind of quality I would want in someone representing me, but not something Id expect directed at a potential client within 30 seconds of introducing himself. He asked me about what documentation I have and then gave his hourly rate of ~$300/hr for my consultation where he would review those documents and present my options. When I asked about what is possible in these types of disputes, acknowledging the possibility of no outcome, he completely ignored the question before reiterating his consultation fees. I cant comment on his competence as an attorney, since I never observed it, but I can say that the interactions were unpleasant from the get-go. Its worth talking to him and judging for yourself.

Worst experience ever I called to speak to this attorney he said if you cannot stop talking so I can say something I cannot take your case I said okay he decided to turn around and then say nope I'm not going to take your case now when I didn't even have a chance to stop talking this guy is so rude unprofessional I would never give this guy a time or day you are worthless Oliver you are the worst attorney ever
