Neglect of client responsibilities and inaccurate representations. Paul Barrear assured us that our case would be dismissed based solely on its merits. Contrary to our expectations, Paul did not only mislead us with inaccurate information but also left us completely unsupported. He failed to appear in court, resulting in our case being settled by default in favor of the plaintiff. It's worth noting that we were referred to Paul through a directory of lawyers assisting small, disadvantaged minority-owned businesses. It appears that Paul's priorities may be more aligned with financial gain and enhancing his professional reputation rather than effectively advocating for his clients. Based on our experience, it seems unlikely that he is equipped to present a strong challenge in a contentious legal scenario.

My wife and I have very rarely had need for a lawyer so when we were needing help with some living trust and other estate work, we were anxious about not having a lawyer and a firm we could trust. That concern is gone. Clare Bogdanowicz is an attorney with North City Law; she is awesome, and her firm is wonderful. Clare was thorough, clear spoken, and super friendly.
