We cannot recommend Craig highly enough. He is fast, responsive, and reasonable. He demystified the process of selling our home and made the process of title and escrow super easy to navigate. Our buyer actually ran into challenges obtaining a mortgage and Craig was incredibly generous with his time, advice, and even emotional support all within his original flat fee as the transaction dragged on longer than it should have (and having nothing to do with his work). Honestly, we half want to buy or sell other real estate just to get to work with Craig again!
