Terrible decision to go with them . From the incompetence of schedulers , charging my card 20$ at a time for days straight . Instead of providing an explanation of insurance decisions on what they covered and what they did not, they just automatically charged my card. All they cared about was medicating me. I used to be with multi care and my experience with Mulitcare was a breeze.

Staff is nice. Don't like their late policy tho or cancel 48 hours in advance policy. You just never know with kids and I felt they don't understand. The provider my son sees is nice and helpful.

I have been searching for a psych provider in my area and was having a hard time finding someone for a decent out of pocket cost. I was referred to mindful therapy group by a friend and I have had such a wonderful experience from the first call. I felt heard, taken care of and at the end of the phone call I had an appointment set up with a psych provider that specializes in what I need. 10/10. I wish I could remember the name of the person that helped me over the phone, she was amazing! I would definitely recommend this place.
