Sheri is amazing ! She is very positive and without judgement of my life ! I feel like she is one of my biggest fans. I have improved a number of major things in my life and a lot of that has to due with my seeing her. I think everyone should have therapy regardless of whatever is going on in their lives and Sheri should be top of your list for considering a therapist.

Sheri is thoughtful, empathetic and warm. I felt heard and understood which then allowed me to be more open to the suggestions she had in regards to my personal growth in dealing with my issues. I highly recommend her.

I have visited Sheri numerous times regarding marriage issues and individual issues. She's a calming and positive person to talk with. There is no judgement, no tension, no mistakes, no pressure when talking with Sheri. She is keen to help anyone who comes to her, and if she cannot then she will do whatever she can to find someone who can help. She uses different tools, she asks the right questions, and most importantly she loves what she does.

I do not refer people to very many other therapists, but Sheri is one I send people to.She has a great office downtown, and experience with all sorts of situations.
