Giving this a 4 star because there's a hidden fee for parking. It's $80 USD a night plus there's a resort fee on top. So be prepared to pay an additional $100/night for what the website says. I stayed at many Fairmont hotels and this is the first time they charge that much for parking. The doorman talks a lot.. I'm trying to take care of my kids but he kept talking to me. After long drive, I just want to be left alone.
Check in, room service, and everything else was good.

Room is a bit outdated and small. Bed linen is not of high quality. K cup coffee for a Fairmont hotel no table for breakfast even for stay guests. Definitely not coming again..

Near pike place market and a comfortable walk to the water.
Rooms were clean and comfy.
Rooms: Clean rooms and spacious bathroom.
Walkability: Can walk to a lots of places nearby. Pike place market is 5 to 10 minutes.
