Moxy Seattle Downtown

Rooms are very small but very comfortable bed and bathroom. Room was quiet and did not experience any noise issues. Check in was pretty seamless, front desk staffer was friendly and helped us check in without issue. Location of hotel is great and the large lobby makes up for the lack of space in rooms - was able to eat lunch with friends in the common lobby space. Would recommend this hotel for single travelers or couples - we had a two year old and a small pup and was fine but would be hard with a kid/s older than 3-4. Thanks for the great stay! Great place to stay in downtown Seattle if you arent looking for something too expensive. The rooms are really basic though. No microwave or fridge. Just a bed, bedside table, desk, TV, a couple hangers, etc. Nearby activities: Lots to see and do in downtown within walking distance Walkability: Location is in downtown Seattle.

This rating does not include the bar. The bar service was brilliant 4/5 However check in was not great, the guy at reception seemed to have never checked in a prepaid British Airways booking before. I arrived tired after an 10 hour flight and he was not helpful, he asked for a card for authorisation and tried to charge over $400, next day I noticed that multiple payments were attempted from my account and $101 was authorised, two weeks later and that payment is still sitting in payment so Im unable to dispute it. I like the brand, however a bit scared of booking Marriot as they think that its ok just to take money from customers bank cards. The room was okay, pretty average for city centre hotels. Bar service was brilliant, cant fault the service from the bar.
