I called to confirm I could use our Medicaid voucher and was assured I could. Once I arrived I was asked if I knew the name of the person I talked to, of course I didn't record her name so I was told too bad and was forced to pay for the rooms out of pocket after being told by Courtyard Marriot that it was covered a few days prior. Then I was told I wouldn't be charged until checkout and it was 159 a night and then was charged 205 a night right then. The night time worker was rude to the two people ahead of me in line and was rude to me as well. The view is looking over an alley while staring in neighboring buildings windows. If you do not need to stay here because of location for some reason I'd recommend staying somewhere else cheaper, I've traveled a lot and this place isn't much different than any "budget" hotels I've stayed in. Parking garage is not very spacious. Lower level always has a ton of water. Rooms are pretty nice. Customer service is iffy

Easy, breezy, bigger than most rooms. Great service. Traveling with family including someone in a wheelchair and they set us up with everything we needed to be comfortable. Quick access to I-5, parking too. Very convenient and not gross at all.
Rooms: Bigger than most! We could actually hang out in the 2-Queen room!
Noteworthy details: ADA equipped room with King bed and roll-in shower available for a reasonable price.
