        Last few times but I've been there they've been super helpful staff super kind understanding willing to work with you so as long as you're not acting like a jerk I highly recommend this place

        After having a horrible experience at Xfinity trying to replace my business phone after it broke we went here instead. Jeff and his crew listened to us and handled our frustrations perfectly. We left getting exactly what we were looking for. These folks went above and beyond.

        I had a recent positive experience at this t-mobile location. We had some people in front of us, but you can tell its to make sure each customer gets ample time. We particularly received excellent customer service with Jeff. He was super patient, never rushed us, wrote out all the different plans so we could look at all of our options, and made us feel really good about our entire experience! Visiting a cellular retail store isnt always the most exciting experience, but Jeff really was amazing! Ten stars to you Jeff! Thank you for your help!!!!

        Very poor costumer service. Employees are the epitome of entitlement and seem to view customers as an interruption to their personal calls. Poor communication and followup. No manager available. Would not recommend.
