    Rented a sedan from Seattle Airport Hertz. There were scratches on that car and there was not a way to indicate where those were. When asking the agent about this as I left the rental facility they told me there was a camera that would capture those issues and I didnt need to worry about it. When returning the car, there were two different individuals arguing with the person who was accepting the returned cars. He had told them that any damages on their cars were their fault. They werent happy about it. As I finished getting my bags out of the car the man came to my car and told me the scratches on my car were my fault. I insisted they were not and that they were on the car before my rental started. He then told me there was a camera near the exit, just as the first person had told me and that If the damages were there before you left Hertz, you wont be charged for them. I was late for a flight and had to run so I left quickly thinking they would see the damages before I had rented the car on the camera. A few days later I received an email stating that I was liable for damages and they needed my insurance info or that I would need to pay thousands of dollars out of pocket for damages. I called the Hertz help line and after over two hours on the phone with four different people I was finally given the number of the person who oversees claims for the Hertz Seattle Airport location. I have called this individual five times and left four voicemails and two emails with no response. I have no idea what to do now. If they are going to charge me for damages I didnt do with zero proof I did them and they have a camera they supposedly use to see any potential damages before you leave the rental car facility then they need to use that camera. It shouldnt take two hours to figure out who is in charge of claims. Also that person should do their job and respond to emails or phone calls asking for the camera imagery proving my innocence. If they utilize a camera to prove you damaged the vehicle then show me the images, then you will see the damage had nothing to do with me. Terrible experience.

    Traveling solo was a bit intimidating especially with so many very large bags. But, the customer service Hertz provided was impeccable and made what started as an anxious trip to an extremely smooth one. The desk staff was kind and knowledgeable. The EV vehicle was beautiful and had a battery that lasted a full day. Moh and a coworker at drop off were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure I made it to the airport with ease and with all 6 of my bags haha. Thank you Hertz!

    Their system does not work and the people are extremely rude. This location is the reason I will never rent with Hertz again after previously only booking through them. Trust me, you dont want to start off your vacation on a bad note this way. Its very worth it to book elsewhere.

    This hertz sucks. They added $300 in charges for a liability coverage add-on that I verbally declined at the counter. My rental was twice as much as it should have been. Im never renting here again
