Mark Evans: You are AMAZING. Mark worked so fast on our loan inquires and pulled over time hours to get it done. I sent in paperwork at 1600 on a Friday and received approval THAT next Monday. When things fell through due to unforeseen circumstances, he still came through with other options and ultimately got us where we needed to be. I have never, EVER worked with someone at a bank that I truly trust and will go back to him for everything in the future. Including a mortgage when we plan to sell our current home. Thank you Mark!!

I worked with Mark Evans to set up a new money market account. Mark was fantastic. He was very responsive and clearly communicated the pro's and con's of each account. After I made my selection, he executed next steps within the hour. I highly recommend him.

Mark Evans is beyond awesome! I truly cannot believe his level of customer service- perfect mix of knowledge kindness and thoroughness. I never thought I could look forward to meeting with my banker! Never thought I'd feel compelled to write a review for a BANK, but that's because I hadn't yet interacted with the Umpqua team in SLU. Coming from a lifetime at BofA, they are a breath of fresh air. Personalized and instant customer service, no junk fees, equally attractive products, plus they call me by name when I come into the branch. What more could you ask for from a bank? In a world of large business taking everything over, I really value my relationship with these folks. Thank you to Romiri and everyone at the Umpqua SLU team! You are so appreciated!
