HomeStreet as a brand I'm really impressed with, especially since they let non-customer community members (like me) reserve their meeting rooms as a resource. When my normal branch (Phinney) wasn't available for one of my events, they recommended I call this Ballard location.I was able to reserve the meeting room, however, when I arrived for my event, they had no record of the reservation and the room wasn't available. This was frustrating for both us and them, but the representatives were nice to us and recommended we check out the pub across the street (The Stepping Stone), which we ended up using for a modified version of the originally planned event.While I won't be calling this branch for a room reservation again, I appreciate their recommendation to recover some of our event and the company's general willingness to be a resource to the community!
